Travel Consultant Apprenticeship - Reading HAYS TRAVEL LIMITED

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Creating and selling travel packages using all Hays products
  • Delivering a first class customer service experience to all customers, obtaining repeat business
  • Working towards, and striving to exceed, agreed individual and team sales targets and other KPI’s
  • Attending training workshops, including overseas educational visits, in order to continuously develop product knowledge
  • Remain flexible to meet the needs of the business

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will work towards obtaining a Level 3 Travel Consultant Practitioner qualification
  • Functional Skills (if required)
  • Training will be conducted both via digital classroom and in branch, with our award-winning training team there with you every step of the way
  • Training is a 6 week classroom based induction with regular branch visits
