What will the apprentice be doing?

The role is varied and will include the following duties:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Tax administration
  • Billing 
  • Preparing letters
  • Chasing tax registrations 
  • Submitting agent authority 
  • Processing new client on-boarding 
  • Other administrative duties as required

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard.

Full training in all of the above will be provided and the successful candidate will also attend day release at Access Training on a monthly basis.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Ongoing training and development will be provided and the opportunity for duties to progress.
