We are looking for a positive and organised person to support the administration and coordination of our cycle training programmes. The job is extremely varied and you’ll be working with a small team of committed staff.

What will the apprentice be doing?
An average week at Outspoken consists of ensuring that both schools and instructors are provided with the necessary information to plan and run Bikeability courses across the country. This ranges from answering school queries regarding dates and times down to making sure instructors know the location, type of course and number of pupils attending.
Daily tasks include answering emails and phone calls from instructors and school administrators, entering course information into a shared database to maintain accurate statistics, and making sure that schools have provided the necessary information for us to plan for their courses.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The apprentice would be assigned an assessor through the College, who would typically come out to visit in the workplace to assess workplace competence. Day release for workshop attendance/ online is once a month at Cambridge campus.
