What will the apprentice be doing?
- Greeting and assisting clients both on the telephone and on reception
- General office administration duties including filing, appointment making, collecting post
- Willingness to learn basic accountancy processes and assist staff with general bookkeeping
- Assisting the team with Anti-Money Laundering processes and paperwork
- Inputting information onto our Customer Relationship Management Software
- Full training will be given on tasks mentioned above where needed

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
As part of the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, you will learn the knowledge, skills and behaviours which will support you for your end-point assessment. You will take part in a combination of activities, such as face-to-face classroom-based sessions, remote learning sessions, work shadowing and online learning, to support your learning and development and compile a portfolio of evidence.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake training sessions with Avant Skills Academy every other week throughout the length of the apprenticeship. If you have not achieved a GCSE grade 4 (C) in English and maths, you will be required to complete Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths.
At the end of the on-programme learning, you will be required to undertake an End-Point Assessment (EPA) to demonstrate you have met the occupational standard
