What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Required to contact potential customers daily 
  • You will establish the decison maker and help businesses reduce their energy costs
  • Speaking with customers over the phone and providing expert advice for their energy related queries
  • Managing administration duties 
  • Managing and increasing personal pipelines 
  • Passing over potential leads to the sales closer

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Achieving a Level 2 Customer Service qualification upon completiton 
  • You will attend online sessions with a dedicated tutor every 3-4 weeks 
  • Time will be given within the working week to complete any apprenticeship work 
  • No college release day, the qualification is delivered remotely
