We are looking to recruit a business administrator to join our small Estate Management team based in Bingham, Nottinghamshire. You will be learning all aspects of Estate Management whilst working towards the apprenticeship in business, leading to the chance to further your career by studying for further Estate Management qualifications.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Sending out welcome packs to new leaseholders and updating the database with new details
- Keeping active and accurate records
- Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries and maintenance issues
- Taking payments
- Dealing with emails in a timely fashion
- Raising works orders for contractors
- Scanning, filing and shredding
- Keeping online files up to date
- Inputting invoices
- Learning to understand Leases
- Visiting sites with an Estate Manager to assist with site inspections
- Managing utilities/insurance for Estates
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence
- You will be expected to work towards the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group
- As part of your apprenticeship, and dependent on your prior attainment, you may be required to complete maths and English Functional Skills which is an integral part of your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion you will be awarded additional certificates of recognition for these qualifications
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- Full time job with the potential to go on to do further qualifications in estate management
