What will the apprentice be doing?
Reporting to the IT Services Delivery Manager (ITSDM), you will:
- Complete defined management reporting within agreed timeframes
- Respond to requests for new reporting requirements or ad-hoc requests
- Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks to ensure asset and data integrity
- Provide data/trend analysis for IT Systems Management
- Work with the ITSDM to respond to internal and external audit requests accurately and within agreed timescales
- Maintain integrity of configuration management database (CMDB)
- Contribute to and maintain the CBAM Technology Library and Knowledge base, where relevant to Service Delivery
- Participate in IT incident management, communication and reporting
- Alongside the ITSDM update and complete bi-annual recertification processes
- Complete ITSM system configuration changes under the guidance of the ITSDM
- Where required support IT project delivery
- Requirement and willingness to perform ad-hoc duties dependant on change in business requirements
