What will the apprentice be doing?

  • The main responsibilities of this role will be to support internal staff with customer queries, particularly when it comes to data handling and troubleshooting, updating customers systems & configuring new customer systems
  • You will also be helping the onboarding team migrate new customers’ data from their old system
  • You will also be involved in configuring & troubleshooting business to business integrations
