What will the apprentice be doing?
To provide support to the smooth efficient running of the Parts department and ensuring that all stakeholder requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Overnight Goods Inward
- Placing and follow up on External orders / Chase
- Daily / Weekly Reports / Processing PRCC Claims
- Email Requests and Parts Surcharge Claims
- House Keeping / Daily Perpetual Stock Checks / DMDC Orders processing, warranty Returns monitoring and disposal
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
During the 18 month apprenticeship you will work to achieve Level 2 Customer Service Level 2 Apprentice qualification. This will include the following:
- Meet deadlines to ensure the supply chain is running efficiently and managing unexpected demand
- Analyse large amounts of data to identify key trends and themes
- Influencing skills
- Business Improvement Techniques
- Product and Service Knowledge
- Negotiation and Networking
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
By the end of our Apprenticeship, you will have developed the professional knowledge, combined with the skills and behaviours to become a successful Assistant Accountant. With the potential to step on to the next level of Business progression within the Finance Function.
