    Wages will be assessed during a successful placement. Following a minimum period of 13 weeks the candidate will be enrolled into a pension scheme.

  • Working week

    5 day week to include Saturday with a day off during the week. Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm. Saturday, 8.00am - 2.00pm. Sunday, Bank & Public holidays CLOSED.

What you will do in your working day

  • Pick & package daily online orders ready for despatch.
  • General housekeeping duties in a warehouse & trade shop environment.
  • Dealing with customer queries & orders.
  • Stock handling including various heavy items such as electric underground cables & electrical switchgear.

The training you will be getting

  • Level 2 NVQ Customer service in a trade & retail environment.
  • Training will be at our premises & can be completed 1 day a week.
  • Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Following a succesfull training period this would be a full time permanent position within a small team focussed business.
