What will the apprentice be doing?
As a member of the team, you will be part of an efficient and professional temporary staffing service, which positively impacts upon patient care.
- The role will involve the coordination and booking of temporary staffing requests received from a variety of CHCP service areas
- Receiving and checking invoices, ensuring that these are correct, challenging when there are discrepancies
- Regular communication with internal colleagues, bank staff and negotiation with recruitment agencies is central to this position
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Business Administrator Level 3.
This apprenticeship programme is delivered with a blended learning approach and includes a mixture of onsite tutor visits and online tutor led sessions. All delivery is completed in the workplace and you will not need to attend any off-site training.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Full training will be given in this challenging and varied role to ensure that the apprentice has the skills and expertise to become a permanent member of the team upon completion of the apprenticeship programme. Wage reviewed and increased based on performance.
