What will the apprentice be doing?
Finance & Accounting:
- To ensure accurate and complete processing and recording in all sales administrative matters
- To ensure all cars are invoiced and taxed on time
To account for and properly analyse all cash receipts and payments - To ensure that accounting and administrative records are accurately maintained, updated daily and a control system
Customer Service & Satisfaction:
- Ensure that all queries in relation to customer invoices are dealt with promptly and efficiently
- Ensure that all incoming customer accounts queries and disputes are dealt with expeditiously
Communication & Interaction:
- Maintain effective liaison with dealership management and other administrative staff
- Ensure good customer contact
- Be able to communicate courteously and efficiently with customers both on the telephone and electronically and respond to their needs
- Have exceptional attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
