What will the apprentice be doing?
A four-year programme that’s going to show you more than you ever imagined you could learn. Your fresh ideas will help us to improve what we have, to innovate and to keep our world-class manufacturing operations moving forward.
Duties may include but wouldn't be limited to developing skills in:
- Mechanical fitting, turning, welding
- Isolation and problem solving
- Planned maintenance
- Root cause analysis
- Coaching others
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
On top of your in-role training, you will learn at college, too. During your first two years, you’ll undertake different college modules and cover key topics to get you thinking, learning about and understanding manufacturing. All this will help you become an agile learner and a resilient performer. Oh, and let’s not forget the Level 3 Food & Drink Engineering Maintenance Apprenticeship qualification you’ll take away with you. If ever there was a reason to feel proud – this is it.
