What will the apprentice be doing?

We make some of the most popular confectionery on earth. Ever heard of KitKat or Polos? Exactly. Now we’re going to let you into the secret of how we do it. The science behind the process. How we solve problems in Manufacturing, how we set our standards, how we coach others to keep those standards.

Duties could involve but wouldn't be limited to problem solving, developing standards, coaching others and understanding the science behind our processes.

You'll spend time being trained on how to operate within a food production environment, learning about quality, hygiene and safety standards and continuous improvement methods.

Our Food Manufacturing Apprenticeship gives you the chance to play your part in helping our teams achieve even greater success.
