What will the apprentice be doing?
- Assist with the production of marketing campaigns for all areas of the colleges supported by the marketing team.
- Support the marketing team with all business activities related to marketing of the Trust.
- Contribute to promotional activities to attract more student numbers gathering material and copying to produce resources.
- General business admin tasks.
- Assist with social media campaigns and integrate with other marketing activities.
- Contribute to internal communication activities across the Trust.
- Support and assist with all college marketing events.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Business Administrator Standard, which includes:
- Modules covering Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours in Business.
- You'll have a personal tutor to guide you through your training.
- You will attend 1:1 sessions with your tutor every 2/3 weeks.
- End Point Assessment (online).
- Occasional group classes with other learners.
- Functional Skills Level 2 in maths & English if required.
- Business Administrator Certificate from IFATE and City & Guilds.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
If the apprentice proves to be successful with their duties during the apprenticeship, the role would be expanded beyond the 15 month apprenticeship. Lighthouse Learning Trust are passionate about promoting staff from within and helping people develop their careers, up the company.
