What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Working in a small team, predominately its an office role, with some support in the warehouse
  • Duties entail, inputting purchases/sales invoices on the system, using sageline 50, training provided
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries from customers, following them up
  • General filing and admin duties
  • Within the warehouse, dealing with goods in/out
  • Managing stock and stock levels, general admin within the warehouse, preparing goods ready for delivery

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration, including NVQ and functional skills maths and English. Work based learning.
