Here we will provided 30hours to begin with where you will learn all the skills to proceed forward within the hospitality industry, such as food prep', hygiene, etc. We are a fun hard working team here at the Bulls Head.

    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

    Minimum Wage Rates
  • Working week

    Tuesday - 10am - 2pm - 5pm - 9pm. Wednesday 10am - 2pm - 5pm - 9pm. Saturday 2pm - 10pm. Sunday 2pm - 8pm . 30hours to begin with but opportunity for more. Some shifts with be split shifts and weekend shifts also some public holidays. Exact working pattern will be discussed.

The training will take place at The Bulls Head in Newhey.

We are a fresh food country pub.

Most dishes within the menu are prepared fresh on site each week.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Once you have learned the Skill needed for the hospitality industry the possibilitys are endless.

There is options to take your career further maybe abroad of top restaurants and hotels.

At the end of the apprenticeship a job may be offered within The Bulls Head.

About the employer

The Bulls Head is a family run fresh food family restaurant. The pub has been owned and managed by peter for the last 15years. The team at the bulls head are a little hardworking family. We serve fresh food which is prepared on site each week. We are known for our homemade chips people travel miles for our homemade chips. All pies and pudding are also homemade on site.
