What will the apprentice be doing?
The duration of the apprenticeship you will spend your time gaining practical experience and developing your knowledge in our workshop facility, and obtaining your formal qualifications at College.
A typical day will see you being paired with one of highly skilled and experienced employees who will take you through the processes involved in fabrication. You will be shown how to manufacture projects such as steel structures, stairways, cabinets.
We will also ensure adequate time is set aside during your working week for relevant coursework as set by the College, to ensure your deadlines and workload are managed and submitted on time.

Level 3 Standard Fabrication & Welding Apprenticeship is aligned with the following professional recognitions:
IMech for Eng Tech and Advanced Apprenticeship
Work placement will be located at our workshop facility in Newark Road, Peterborough, and college placement will be at Peterborough College.
Functional Skills in maths and English, if required,
