What will the apprentice be doing?
- You will be required to share your time between the workplace and your academic establishment
- Apply your developing Engineering skills to help us to solve problems, generate ideas and be a part of the development of the next generation of EW products
- Commit to the successful completion of all your academic modules and assignments
- You will get the opportunity to develop lifelong skills with the support of world-class experts in their field
- You will develop a wide range of skills helping us produce Microwave/RF systems, cutting-edge Antenna designs, Digital and mixed signal Digital and RF designs. All towards executing high performance signal processing, communications and control for our products
- You will learn how to test product in our well-equipped laboratories in order to develop robust designs that will function reliably in harsh environments to enable decades of use
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will study for an Honours Degree in Electronics or Electrical & Electronic Engineering which has been accredited by one of the Professional Engineering Institutions licensed by the UK Engineering Council'.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
At the end of the programme, you will work as a highly qualified member of our Electronics Engineering community involved in a variety of world leading products.
