What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Production of technical drawings using AutoCAD (2D)
  • Management of technical relationships with workshop staff, sub-contractors and clients
  • Production of Construction drawings for manufacture of protection panels
  • Produce BOM & Support the procurement process

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The candidate will work towards a Level 3 Engineering Technician qualification. The day release will be conducted by Northern Skills one day a week.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.
