What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties to include:

  • Providing support in the day to day running of the office
  • Answering and directing calls to the relevant person
  • General bookkeeping to help with customer care 
  • Uploading data to software systems
  • Assisting with accounts and payroll

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will be completing the level 3 Business administration apprenticeship that will include one day per week at Newcastle College.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Full time employment with the company to an administrator role.
