What will the apprentice be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

· Answering phones and responding to emails in a professional and polite manner

· Helping with queries and directing them to the correct contact/department

· Carry out administrative duties such as printing, filing, and scanning documents

· Provide administrative support to colleagues to ensure efficient operations of the business

· Data entry via bespoke software

· Deliver efficient, effective, and high-quality customer service

· Accept delivery of post and parcels and action appropriately

· Contribute to the team by accomplishing any other duties as needed

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

· Level 3 Business Administrator Standard

· A bespoke programme of technical and vocational training

· Functional skills in maths and English *if applicable


The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated work-based trainer who will provide support and guidance throughout the course.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Possible permanent contract upon successful completion of the apprenticeship and further enhanced industry-based training.
