Acquire and maintain knowledge of general insurance products. Customer service both over the phone and via email in order to sell our products. General administration duties as required by the business.

Pay increase depending on level of experience, monthly bonus scheme, sick pay scheme, free parking.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. 45-minute lunch breaks.
Total hours per week: 36.25

What will the apprentice be doing?
Acquire and maintain knowledge of general insurance products in order to sell the products of our Company to customers working in a regulated environment. You will be expected to perform the following in this role:
- Locating and qualifying new customers, an activity known as "prospecting".
- Selling and servicing, using sales techniques and customer service skills to further our business goals.
- General administration duties.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will work towards your:
- Insurance Practitioner Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII)
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
We would expect the candidate to progress to Commercial Insurance Account Executive.
