What will the apprentice be doing?

Acquire and maintain knowledge of general insurance products in order to sell the products of our Company to customers working in a regulated environment. You will be expected to perform the following in this role:

  • Locating and qualifying new customers, an activity known as "prospecting".
  • Selling and servicing, using sales techniques and customer service skills to further our business goals.
  • General administration duties.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will work towards your:

  • Insurance Practitioner Level 3 Apprenticeship
  • Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII)
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

We would expect the candidate to progress to Commercial Insurance Account Executive.
