What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Support HR team in administration of our HR System People First
  • Prepare all documentation
  • Send documentation for signature via Adobe sign
  • Raise PO’s via Approvemax
  • Send out merchandise to new starters
  • Support People Partner department with onboarding and exiting employees
  • Support Talent Acquisition department with administrative duties
  • Take minutes of meetings
  • Assist with updating HR policies and procedures
  • Liaise with building concierge on any visitors, deliveries, and suppliers in our Nottingham office
  • Arrange meetings/lunches/off site for Directors and staff across the business
  • Order supplies for the Nottingham office as and when required
  • Prepare daily absence report & email to Leadership Team and Leads
  • Prepare weekly headcount report & email to HR Director

Will be tasked with a project to work on during the duration of the apprenticeship.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administration Level 3 Standard.

Fortnightly day release attendance required at Freemans Park Campus or City Skills Centre throughout the course of the program.

Things to consider

This vacancy is primarily remote working, with two days a week in the Nottingham office, which is located directly opposite the train station in Nottingham. Working hours are flexible based on an 8 hour working day.
