What will the apprentice be doing?

Compliance is essential when working in Health & Social Care, to provide our clients and those in our care, the reassurance that our healthcare staff have the right skills to support them.

You will be responsible for:

  • Chasing and updating compliance documentation 
  • Organising training for new and existing nurses and support workers to ensure all clinicians are compliant to work across Catalyst Care Group
  • You will report into the Proactive Compliance Team Leader and work alongside our team
  • Retaining regular dialogue with the clinicians regarding compliance expiry
  • Ensuring weekly targets are fulfilled in terms of clinicians who are compliant
  • Following up on online and emailed training and documentation
  • Update relevant systems and software with compliance information
  • Carrying out data-cleansing of databases and records as required to ensure all data held is current, accurate and valid

The apprentice will work to achieve a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard:

  • Functional Skills (If required)
  • Full company induction
