Tower Estates was founded in 2001 we have since established a reputation as a leading provider of social housing to local authorities in North and East London. We also offer residential lettings and management solutions to landlords and tenants across multiple rental schemes, and we are now looking for an admin apprentice to support us. Duties will include taking property bookings, logging repair orders etc.

What will the apprentice be doing?
You will carry out general business administrative tasks in relation to property management. The role will require both written and verbal communication, word processing and good computer literacy. Organisational and good interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure are essential.
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Taking property bookings
- Logging repair orders
- Arranging works for repair orders
- Maintaining filing systems
- Word processing
- Composing correspondence
- Keeping diaries
- Arranging meetings/appointments
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel etc to produce correspondence documents, and maintain spreadsheets
- Maintaining office systems
- Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases
- Travelling with the team or manager to meetings
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The apprentice will by the end have achieved a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard. This will be a blended delivery, a mixture of Microsoft Teams and face to face. All training will take place on site and within your working hours.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Possibility of an employment contract at the end of the apprenticeship.
