What will the apprentice be doing?
- To report to and follow work instruction from mentor and supervisor
- To remove paint and repair bodywork on all types of vehicles
- To be able to prepare the vehicle, prepare the paint and apply.
- To be self motivated
- The ability to work within a team with a “willing to help attitude”
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas
- To have a high standard of safety awareness
- To complete all documentation clearly and accurately
- Hands on approach and willing to learn
- Ensuring highest standard/quality of workmanship on all vehicle body and paint repairs on car, light, heavy and specialist commercial vehicles
- Exceeding of Customer’s expectations
- Ensuring that a safe system of work is carried out at all times and in line with the Company’s health, safety, environmental and quality procedures

- Balfour Beatty offers a comprehensive training programme in Accident repair with the opportunity of completing industry recognised vocational qualifications
- As part of the Apprenticeship scheme you will be supported with gaining a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Accident Repair within 24 months
