What will the apprentice be doing?
Each day varies depending on the priority but below is a brief description of the above tasks:
Telephone calls – mainly dealing with warranty calls from BT engineers, logging of all relevant information and passing on to the Technical Services Department.
Mailboxes – we have a number of different mailboxes which vary from completion documents, site survey requests, site access requests.
Site Files – collating all the relevant documents for producing a site file ready for the start of a new project.
Access Requests – this involves applying for access on a BT system for anyone due to attend a BT telephone exchange.
O&M Documents - collating all the relevant documents ready to issue once a project has been completed.
Trackers – updating and maintaining various excel trackers
Salesforce – this is our CRM system that we use as a central database to manage all projects from start to finish.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
12 week block release 1 day a week at Warrington and Vale Royal College at the Warrington Campus to work towards your level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
