What will the apprentice be doing?

Joining our Production chef Level 2 course will teach you first-hand kitchen experience including:

  • Prepping food
  • Maintaining clean kitchen
  • Creating orders
  • Working with the front of house team
  • Maintaining food hygiene
  • Helping with delivery orders
  • Supported by our team

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • The apprentice will have achieved the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the level 2 production chef standard

Things to consider

Occasionally, we use our mobile trailer for corporate or private caterings and you may be required to work in it. This is fun and a great opportunity to experience street food catering and direct contact with a hugely diverse and interesting number of people.
