What will the apprentice be doing?

Joining our Hospitality Team Member Level 2 course will teach you all about:

Things to consider

Occasionally, we use our mobile trailer for corporate or private caterings and you may be required to work in it. This is fun and a great opportunity to experience street food catering and direct contact with a hugely diverse and interesting number of people.
