We have a unique product and process, and whilst we grow so will your role and knowledge base. Your role will be busy but diverse, including reception duties, ordering and recording supplies, liaising with suppliers, keeping the site within guidelines, support in any daily tasks as required and being the site point of contact and helping the wider team.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Administration including stocktaking, purchase requisitions, filing, data entry
- Reception duties including welcoming visitors, handling deliveries, answering calls
- Meeting room coordination including diary management, room preparation and refreshments
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Business Administration Standard.
For the right apprentice we would look to retain them after the course. We would not limit to the role/department that they have worked towards but open them up to multiple departments.
There is a large industry in Cambridge dedicated to pharmaceutical and bio-tech which we feel we would be preparing the right person for.
Training on site - IT, H&S, programme of increased responsibility for the admin at site, exposure to other departments.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The candidate will achieve a Level 3 Business Administration and a permanent position may become available.
