What will the apprentice be doing?

Lean manufacturing is what we call the processes that make us more efficient. We collect data, monitor process equipment and show where errors are occurring - and we do it using a working methodology called Kaizen, which is all about how small changes can have a massive impact.

You’ll be following specified assembly sequences as you build the products that make JCB a world leader. You’ll be involved in detailed manufacturing processes, using specific tools as we assemble manufacturing components.
