What will the apprentice be doing?

The role is assisting front office and accounts staff on a daily basis. Working with:

  • Archiving
  • Telephone calls
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Court of Protection
  • Post
  • Petty cash accounting

The role will also involve generally helping the office to run smoothly

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

City and Guilds Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard:

  • Training will be through Nottinghamshire Training Group (Distance Learning via Teams)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Successful candidates may secure permanent employment which can involve drafting legal documents.
