What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Processing high value invoice runs for 3 different business entities
  • Performing invoice checks and highlighting anomalies
  • Raising ad hoc invoices and credit notes
  • Review, sort, and archive documents received from sites
  • Communicate with the transport, customer services and sales departments to resolve queries
  • Processing a high volume of receipts for the group including bacs, cheques, online and telephone payments

  • You will receive an AAT Level 2 Qualification 
  • Training is delivered online with weekly live learning activities
