What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Purchase and Sales Ledger
  • Invoicing
  • Filing
  • Answering phone calls
  • Running Reports
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Arranging meetings internally and with suppliers
  • HR management - Peninsula has a full online system
  • Health and Safety management - Peninsula have a full online system
  • Managing team hours for payroll - again we have an app supplied by Peninsula for this. 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship through Vocate Training. 

You will be taught through:

  • 4-6 weekly 1-2-1 sessions with your tutor
    20% off-the-job training
    the course is a 12-18 month programme

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

A full-time position is expected following successful completion of the apprenticeship. The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities.

Progression with a higher-level Apprenticeship is also available.
