What will the apprentice be doing?

As a Business Administration/Legal Receptionist, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

  • The use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, faxing/e-mailing;
  • Drafting documents;
  • Filing;
  • Assisting file handlers when required;
  • Chase clients and deal with any that call into the office;
  • Answering telephone and transferring to relevant colleague

You’ll develop your skills alongside the management team and experienced colleagues, learning a variety of duties and supporting the whole business to grow. You’ll be taught and mentored by people who are well versed in academia, to achieve your full potential and share in the company’s success.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will continue their studies with apprenticeship specialists, RNN Group both remotely and from their Rotherham Campus, giving you the training and support you need to become an all-rounded and successful administrator.

The Apprentice Standard you will be studying is Business Administration – Level 3
