What will the apprentice be doing?

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for office administration duties, organisation and efficiency of operations
  • Assisting the business development managers and technical report writers by scheduling client meetings, managing their diaries and generating new business opportunities
  • Making calls to HMRC and clients as well as using and updating our CRM system, proof reading and taking notes
  • Working both individually and as part of a team
  • The candidate will be responsible for completing multi-level administrative tasks in a professional and timely manner
  • An excellent telephone manner is essential as it is the ability to confidently communicate at all levels
