What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Produce relevant copy for marketing campaigns, including blogs, articles and literature
  • Qualify potential learner and employer leads via telephone calls and refer internally to colleagues
  • Support the development of the company brand and protect TDM’s reputation
  • Develop stakeholder and referral agency relationships through the use of outreach activities
  • Produce and lead development of high quality, market focussed, targeted content in a range of physical and digital formats including images, infographics, flyers, handbooks, brochures, press releases, posts and blogs
  • Deliver relevant content as part of targeted, market focussed campaigns utilising digital and traditional (such as such as presence at business, networking, stakeholder and educational events) communication channels that raise awareness, generate interest and convert to enquiries, applications and leads, led by lead Marketing colleagues
  • Support engagement with further physical and digital events, including those with business networks, schools, local authorities and referral agencies
  • Produce relevant reporting and update regular scorecards and dashboards as required
  • Support regular communications and surveying with TDM’s clients and learners

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Digital Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

The successful candidate will undertake a twelve-month, nationally recognised qualification through TDM. This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to training in an online training room working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions.

You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification.

You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of programme will be assessed via an external assessment body.

This is a Level 3 qualification.

  • KM1 Principles of Coding
  • KM2 Marketing Principles
  • KM3 Digital Marketing Business Principles
