What will the apprentice be doing?

Working as part of a team within the Trade Centre, duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Efficient managing of the scheduling, coordinating, and also planning of deliveries/installation teams/and outside suppliers.
• Communicating with all departments on order statuses via telephone and email etc
• Working to tight deadlines and communicating updates to team members
• Ensuring that installation service levels meet the company’s requirements.
• Implementing and reviewing procedures to ensure the smooth running of installing projects.
• Accurately managing and updating client’s folders with real-time projects

· Actively helping the improvement of the company’s progress as well as also progressing yourself with training

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration, including NVQ and functional skills maths and English. Work based learning.
