What will the apprentice be doing?

During your time with Stadium your responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

  • Dealing with incoming calls, emails & text messages
  • Data entry into excel spreadsheets & in-house systems
  • Collating paperwork ahead of event days
  • Creating ID badges for new staff
  • Creating profiles for new starters on our inhouse system
  • Collating fixtures from various sources to aid in planning the season
  • Booking accommodation, travel, vehicles etc.
  • Assisting on recruitment and training days
  • Working with colleagues in all departments and be willing to assist across departments when required
  • Creation of Staff Newsletters

During your apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to work in the following teams:

  • Staffing
  • Training
  • Operations

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will attend Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber Training one day every two weeks and achieve the following qualifications:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration
  • Functional Skills if required
