What will the apprentice be doing?

Key areas of learning/training:

Input of data/client details into management information systems, including computerised databases.

To assist in the preparation of business documentation, including loan documents, arrears management documents etc.

To assist in the maintenance of Arrear management.

To support the FFE Team in marketing of services to individuals and organisations.

Co-ordinating of FFE Events and Seminars, including organising room bookings, refreshments, production of associated paperwork/materials etc.

To assist in client case studies, all in connection with FFE’s external PR agency.

Logging and actioning of incoming and outgoing post appropriately.

Answering telephone calls e.g., taking details of enquiries and pass to appropriate Team member.

Answering enquiries.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Delivery to be completed on-site and 20% off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work Student to complete an Advanced Technical Certificate as a Business Administrator Apprentice.
