What will the apprentice be doing?

Tasks include:

  • Day-to-Day office tasks
  • Answering Calls and directing calls to relevent staff members
  • Completing paperwork and online forms
  • Assisting with Scanning and filing documents
  • Sending and responding to emails
  • Assisting with creating marketing content
  • Completing further tasks such as accounts

(All of which shall be taught throughout the apprenticeship placement)

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Qualification: Business administrator (level 3)

Location: Solihull College (Blossomfield Campus)

Training through the above college shall be part time : Hours/Day TBC

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

We are able to offer full time employment and further job roles to support our apprentices with progressing as well as supporting with further qualifications.
