The role of a Facilities Operative Apprentice is to support the smooth running of the facilities site / sites. This position would suit someone who wishes to start a career in property management and is passionate about the industry. This is an outward-facing role where liaison with customers is a key priority and forms a major part of the role.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Support the delivery of the responsibilities of the Facilities
  • Services function in complying with policies and procedures
  • Address FS-related Risks, hazards and threats to people, property and premises
  • Beyond your immediate team, Facilities Services Operatives (FSOs) liaise with colleagues in other departments.
  • Provide customer service to customers to ensure the effective delivery of a range of facilities services
  • Support the delivery of FS projects
  • Maintain soft FS services
