What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties include:

  • Successfully secure bookings.
  • Provide customers with updates on arrival time.
  • Communicate effectively with our engineers to maintain an accurate record of all required work.
  • Positively represent the company to customers and the public.
  • General administration duties
