What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties to include:

  • Trade counter and telephone sales
  • Providing customers with advice and guidance
  • Dealing with payments
  • Purchasing
  • Stock control
  • Key cutting
  • Additional duties as required for the role
  • Candidates must have the ability to assemble small lock cylinders by hand, this involves using very small components and a great deal of concentration
  • A knowledge of using Sage Line 50 software would be an advantage but not essential as full extensive training on products and procedures will be provided
