What will the apprentice be doing?

We want someone who approaches their work with pride, motivation and honesty to join our popular team in Letchworth. Our garage is highly recommended with approximately 350 5-star reviews on Google. We will also support your development and have many paths for you to specialise in different skills and expertise. We have a strong team ethic, so you would need to fit in as part of the team. We are experienced technicians who you will support and learn from in your training. We also take pride in our newly refurbished workspace, so making sure we keep a clean and tidy environment is key. We would also expect you to have varied communication with our customers, so customer service is also something you will be trained in.

Tasks include:

  • Assist technicians with service and repair to vehicles with the aim to undertake work without supervision
  • Order parts and deal with the return of parts
  • Answer inbound calls, book appointments and assist with any queries
  • Deal with customers face-to-face
  • General assistance in the workshop
  • Service reception duties
    Keep the workshop tidy
