What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Responsible for general administration and support tasks for the team.
  • Responsible for answering office phones, fielding calls, assessing urgency, passing on messages where applicable or dealing with issues as and when they arise.
  • Checking post daily, opening & distributing as needed.
  • Ordering office stationery, tea & coffee, and other supplies, with an awareness of cost-effective and value for money choices.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Internal training and mentorship will be provided. as well as external training where relevant and wanted by the applicant. The applicant will be working towards a level 3 Business Administrator qualification.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The candidate could move from a team assistant to a junior portfolio manager.

The company has been established for over twenty years. based in Paddington, W2. A great reputation in the area for block management. We have gone from 3 employees and 60 blocks 6 years ago to 10 staff and over 100 blocks. The blocks we manage are 90% in W2 we grow organically every year and i anticipate new blocks and new employees year on year.
