What will the apprentice be doing?

  • To provide technical information and advice to customers and colleagues
  • To respond to customer enquiries, providing information in a prompt and appropriate manner, whilst at all times maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service
  • To assist in the development of the FläktGroup brand, both within the region and nationally, working closely with the external sales team
  • To liaise with FläktGroup offices and manufacturing facilities around the world, in order to obtain and pass on relevant information
