What will the apprentice be doing?

-Day to day involvement in a busy hire office, supporting the management team

-Communicating with Customers


-Taking orders


-Dealing with all hire processes including hire contracts, exchanges and breakdowns and updating our Hire and CRM systems


-Dealing with any customer queries in a professional, friendly manner and advising on equipment needs


-Ensuring that all opportunities to maximise the company’s sales to a customer are attained

Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.
