What will the apprentice be doing?

If you have basic IT skills and a willingness to learn, this role could be ideal for you. The Assistant Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties:

  • General office support
  • Using the CRM and internal software
  • Email correspondance
  • Contacting customers to book servicing and repairs
  • Debt collecting
  • Making and receiving telephone calls
  • Supporting with invoices and purchase orders 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 10 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

There is the potential for a full-time permanent position to be offered upon completion of the apprenticeship with excellent progression routes.
